Ava Display › Real estate and multifamily

Every building in the portfolio, running from one place.

A leasing tour and an investor walkthrough are the two highest stakes minutes a building has, and the lobby screen is in both. Ava composes what each one shows from the calendars, booking and service systems the asset already runs.

The lobby is in every tour

A leasing tour and an investor walkthrough are the two highest stakes minutes a building has, and the lobby screen is in both of them. What it shows is read as evidence of how the whole asset is run, which is why a board still carrying last quarter says something nobody intended to say.

Ava composes it from what the building already holds: the events calendar, the amenity booking system, the service schedule, the resident or tenant portal. Nobody builds a slide, so nothing is one person's forgotten task.

A large screen behind a corporate reception desk showing the week's notices
A screen in a residential building lobby showing amenity hours and a package room notice
Residents ask the building, not the manager. Amenity hours, a package room closing early, an elevator out on Thursday. The notice comes from the system that already knows, and it reaches the lobby, the mail room and the amenity floor at the same moment.
A screen in an office tower elevator lobby showing the day's building notices
The floor knows what floor it is. A screen in an elevator lobby shows what belongs on that floor at that hour. Same device, same license, different behavior, because the behavior comes from where it is rather than from a playlist somebody built per location.
Across a portfolio

One team, every building, without visiting any of them.

Send to exactly what you mean

One screen, a floor, a tower, one asset, or everything you own. A service notice goes to the building it affects and nowhere else, and an emergency outranks whatever was playing and wakes the screens that had gone to sleep. Written text is spoken aloud in a natural voice.

We are the ones watching

Every device reports its signal, temperature, storage and what it is actually rendering. On an estate with no on-site technical staff, a screen in trouble becomes our ticket rather than a property manager noticing it a fortnight later.

Vacancy does not cost you

The license is charged per device you hold, not per device switched on. Take a floor offline between tenants, store the adapters, bring them back for the fit out. The billing does not move and neither does your entitlement.

What your IT and your tenants will ask

The screens are never discoverable on the building network, so there is nothing for a guest, a contractor or a tenant to find and cast to. Presenting is a permission granted to a person rather than a consequence of being in range, which is what lets a property team put something on the screens in four buildings at once without being in any of them.

Nothing inbound is opened, no firewall exception is asked for, and no outside company holds a copy of what your buildings know. For an owner carrying tenant data obligations, that last one is architecture rather than a policy page.

The adapter is bought once and belongs to the asset, not returned at the end of a term.

Signage, casting, broadcast and emergency in one license, with nothing held back for a higher tier.

Runs on displays you already own, behind an existing screen on an HDMI port.

Anything with an API, a feed, an export or a page you already publish can drive a screen.

Prices published rather than quoted, so a pro forma can be built without a call.

Why it behaves like this

None of the above is a playlist somebody maintains. Each screen is a surface for Ava, which holds one understanding of the place and knows which room it is in, so what belongs there at that hour is composed rather than authored. An amenity calendar and a service schedule are enough for her to keep every lobby in the portfolio current from one place.
